How access, billing and responsibilities work.

When exactly do I have to pay?

Payment is not implemented in this MVP. The planned model starts billing only when an invited tenant activates and uses their access.

What happens if a payment is outstanding?

There is no payment workflow or unpaid-invoice restriction in this MVP yet.

Do tenants see my contract or payment details?

No. Tenants only receive a neutral account status and never see the landlord’s billing information.
